    What will you do:

    Provide GREAT customer service:
    Provide a warm, welcoming environment to students, parents and visitors to your buildings

    Reply to phone calls and emails in an efficient, friendly and professional manner

    Monitor the booking system and dealing with any follow up bookings


    Get Creative:
    Assist with the marketing campaigns and lettings of the building and help with site viewings

    Supporting the management to organise social events for students


    Take Lead:
    Collation, control and management of Purchase Orders and Invoices

    Establishing and developing working relationships with suppliers and contractors

    Working with University accommodation teams in ensuring a quality service to our clients.

    Qualifications and Experience

    Experience of providing excellent customer service

    Experience of sales or increasing revenue in current or previous role is desirable

    Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt accordingly to the situation
