    Social Media Manager

    London - Hybrid

    £30,000 - £35,000

    I have partnered with an exciting, rapidly growing beauty brand know for producing premium quality hair and skin care products that are affordable. As they continue to grow, and expand their reach globally, they are looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team.

    As Social Media Manager you will play a key role in driving the brand's community growth and influence through social platforms and content creation. Reporting directly to the Head of Global Marketing, you will blend your creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of social media and social commerce, particularly on platforms such as TikTok.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Execute a results-driven social media strategy
    • Develop, create, and curate engaging written, video, and photographic content for social media platforms
    • Attend events and produce live social media content
    • Manage and grow the global community by responding to social media messages, inquiries and comments
    • Monitor social media channels for industry trends, identifying opportunities for creative content or new social platforms
    • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to develop and manage the social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy and calendar

    Key skills:

    • A good knowledge of major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest) and social media management tools
    • Proficiency with video and photo editing tools. Experience with Canva and a plus would be Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools
    • Comfortable to be the face of the brand and be on camera
    • Strong copywriting and copy editing skills
    • Excellent social listening skills
    • Knowledge/Experience of the beauty industry (hair and/or skin care) desirable

    To be successful as the Social Media Manager you must be an excellent communicator, with the ability to inject you personality into the brand whilst maintaining a consistent tone of voice for the brand across all channels.
