    As a Breakfast Chef at Sodexo

    As a Breakfast Chef at Sodexo, you are the first contact of our guests' day and you will be a creator of delightful breakfast experiences. This role places you at the heart of our kitchen operations during the most important meal of the day, where your passion for food and excellence in preparation and presentation will contribute significantly to starting our clients' days on a high note.     What you'll do:

    1. Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes with consistency and flair, from traditional favorites to innovative morning delights.
    2. Manage the breakfast service, ensuring timely preparation and presentation to meet the early demands of our clients' schedules.
    3. Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness, ensuring your station is pristine and well-organized.
    4. Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to develop a compelling and satisfying breakfast menu that reflects seasonal availability and culinary trends.
    5. Monitor inventory specifically for the breakfast service, ensuring fresh ingredients are always available and wastage is minimized.

    What you bring:

    • Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or similar role, with a strong background in breakfast service and menu development.
    • A passion for early morning hospitality and the ability to deliver high-quality food service under the unique time constraints of breakfast dining.
    • Knowledge of a wide range of breakfast cuisine, including dietary and nutritional considerations.
    • Strong organizational skills, able to manage your time effectively to accommodate the fast-paced nature of breakfast service.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient service alongside your kitchen and front-of-house colleagues.
