Credentially is an innovative leader in software supporting onboarding and ongoing compliance within healthcare organisations.
They help organisations to ensure their staff meet and exceed the regulatory standards, improving patient safety and increasing the number of clinical hours doctors can spend with patients.
Their customers include some of the most recognised healthcare brands in the UK as well as globally including Medinet, NHS, Teledoc, Hunter, and Health Carousel.
This Business Development role is part of the sales and marketing team.The types of qualities we're looking for include understanding the client's issues, and matching and applying the benefits of Credentially's solution.
We have a remote-friendly culture and one that prides itself on helping each other out. Manage ongoing client relationships with key accounts through the entire sales process, including handover to Customer Success.Identify key sponsors, influencers, and decision-makers at target companies and ensure that you understand their roles and objectives and that they understand the benefits and applications of using data.
Create a sales plan on how to reach sales targets and ensure the implementation of the planDevelop your new clients so they know how to use their online service
Intelligent, able to solve problems, and react positively to change
Tech savvy – e.g. experience with Salesforce, Slack, Google slides, Google sheets, Google Docs
