- Position: Administrator Reconciliation
- Duration: 6-month contract
- Location: Dundee/Glasgow
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies during all Roadshow duties
- Support the Issuer throughout the roadshow lifecycle
- Manage roadshow schedules, travel logistics, and venue bookings
- Act as a company ambassador at external events
- Coordinate GICs and Deal Roadshow presentations
- Book virtual and physical meetings, manage costs, and ensure reimbursement
- Ability to manage multiple projects autonomously and prioritize tasks
- Experience in a high-pressure banking environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of managing hotel/event contracts and C-Suite contacts
- Attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
