Business Manager will manage and oversee day-to-day business operations of our fantastic, busy venue.Excellent salary package,

Guest experience – you will work collaboratively with the wider Head Office team to create the guest journey and complete set of Brand Standards.
Lead the implementation and delivery of these through the venue managers,Developing a team – people planning to ensure the right people are in each role and coach and develop them to be the best they can,
Min two years of an experience within multi offer hospitality business with proven track of record in building and developing high performing team,
Sound operating knowledge of working with POS and business systems (i.e.; Experience in managing a full P&L for a complex business,
Present strong commercial and financial acumen,
Solid understanding of food and beverage operations,
Advanced knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety procedures,
