    Business Manager

    As a Barclays Business Manager, you will be a key stakeholder who will be aiding various investment managers across the global markets division.

    Furthermore, you will take ownership of process improvements, assisting on transformational remedial projects as well as partaking in various senior level working groups.

    Providing daily business assistance to investment managers based in London and Tokyo


    • Engaging and communicating with relevant stakeholders across Legal, Compliance, Operations, Technology, Risk and CCO to achieve business goals
    • Leading on the assistance to transformational or remedial projects, whether they be business-led initiatives or regulatory programmes
    • Participating in senior level working groups, forums, and committees internally and possibly externally
    • Undertaking business process development and optimization including working on issues relating to trading systems, risk systems and other trading orientated initiatives
    • Engaging in Business process development and optimization including working on issues relating to trading
    Experience of working in financial services


    • Experience assisting an IB or Asset Management Front Office businesses
    • Skills that will help you in the role:
    • Project management experience, particularly with regulatory change items
    • Excellent MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
