    Description

    iRecruit4 are currently in search of a Legal Secretary for a warm and esteemed law firm is in search of a proficient and skilled Legal Secretary to become a valued member of our Private Client Department.

    We seek an individual capable of delivering exceptional support within our clients organisation. Previous experience within a legal firm is highly desirable.
    This client operates in three locations locally to Cirencester.

    Up to £24,000 Pension Generous Holiday allowance Parking PermitsThe ideal candidate will:Demonstrate impeccable secretarial abilities, particularly in fast and accurate audio typing.

    Exhibit strong organisational skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. Communicate confidently and effectively with clients and a diverse range of individuals both in person and over the phone. Show eagerness to learn and take on progressively more responsibility and autonomy. Possess a dynamic and highly motivated demeanour. Capably prepare legal documents. Provide exceptional service to clients and colleagues alike. Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

    Duties will be varied and include:

    Typing and amending legal documentationTranscription of digital dictationDiary managementLiaising with clients, solicitors and other professionals via telephone and emailFile managementGeneral administration supportOur client is open to both part-time and full-time arrangements.

    For full-time positions, the hours would typically be from 9:00 to 17:30, totaling 37.5 hours per week, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break.

    The salary ranges from £20,000 to £24,000, depending on experience. Part-time roles will have their salary pro-rated according to hours worked.
