Job Description

Discover limitless potential in Wavestone's Global Cybersecurity Practice and take on a pivotal role in Cyber Governance, Risk, and Compliance. Lead the charge in crafting cutting-edge strategies, navigating intricate risk landscapes, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Harness your expertise to drive transformative solutions, elevating cybersecurity governance to new heights.

• Crafting and implementing cybersecurity roadmaps, policies and standards aligned with industry leading frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST/ISO)
• Conducting thorough risk analysis
• Developing and implementing crisis management
• Regulatory requirements implementation (e.g., operational resilience, third-party security, etc.)
• Running complex transformation and / or remediation programmes

Your key responsibilities

• Managing engagements (totally or partially depending on your level of experience) with our clients, responsible for the day to day running of the engagements, including developing strategic recommendations and guidance, and ensure the highest quality service for our clients.
• Participating in the business development activity of the global practice which will include full lifecycle from pre-sales support, identification of cyber opportunities & scope the delivery phase of engagements.
• Participating in the people development by sharing knowledge, mentoring, and coaching team members and leading by example.
• Collaborating and coordinating across different locations (New York, Dallas, London, and Paris) to participate in the global practice development by creating thought leadership and marketing materials for selling and promoting our offerings.
• Continuing to upskill and stay current with the market.
• Based on your profile and background, contribute to various internal activities (Career development, Thought leadership, etc.)

We are recruiting Senior Consultants and Managers.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role

• 5-10 years consulting experience, client-facing, or equivalent (IT, management, cybersecurity).
• Proficiency in leading strategic Cybersecurity and Operational Resilience transformations and strong technical acumen enhancing advisory credibility .
• Project management prowess for effective transformational leadership.
• Proven aptitude in business development , encompassing account planning, pitches, and proposals.
  

Abilities:

• Exceptional interpersonal skills spanning organizational levels.
• Leadership in team management, junior staff development, and coaching.
• Crafting impactful presentations and high-quality reports.

Travel and Location

• Employees are not required to work in a Wavestone office on a full-time basis but are required to live within commuting distance to the office, which is in the heart of the city of London.
• Note: Mandatory 2-3 days per week in Wavestone office / client site during probation
