Develop and execute a long-term strategic communications and engagement plans, aligned with the company's mission and vision.– Create regular, interactive engagement opportunities to ensure effective two-way communication across the organisation.
– Develop and apply metrics for measuring engagement and awareness, refining approach based on feedback and data.
– Collaborate with Learning & Development to promote a customer-centric culture and support continuous professional growth.
