    As an Integration Projects Manageryou will be responsible for managing the integration of newlyacquired businesses into our existing operations. You will act asthe central point between our different internal teams such as TechPeople and Finance ensuring a smooth and positive experience forall stakeholders. You will also update and maintain our integrationplaybook and best practices.

    This role will play a pivotal part inour acquisition strategy serving as a central hub for communicationand information across all integrations. Being able to managemultiple projects simultaneously this role will ensure the seamlessharmonisation of operations across different firms and businessunits. We are looking for someone who is passionate aboutidentifying and navigating integration challenges and devisingeffective solutions to these hurdles. As a key member of the changeteam during integrations this individual will be able to nurtureand establish relationships at various organisational levels.Suited for those who thrive in a dynamic environment this roledemands strong leadership abilities and a commitment to drivingperformance to meet integrationgoals.

    YouWill

    • Leadand coordinate the integration of new businesses into our existingsystems processes and culture following our integration principlesand timeline ensuring alignment with our strategic goals andobjectives.
    • Work closely with internal teams toidentify and resolve issues or gaps during the integration processsuch as data migration system compatibility employee onboardingpayroll and benefits etc.
    • Develop detailedintegration plans including timelines milestones and keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to measure integrationsuccess.
    • Communicate effectively with internaland external stakeholders including senior management projectsponsors clients and vendors to ensure alignment transparency andaccountability.
    • Monitor and report on theprogress performance and benefits of the integration projects usingproject management tools and metrics and escalate any risks orchallenges and proposed solutions.
    • Ensurecompliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policiesduring the integration process.
    • Review andimprove our integrations playbook and best practices based onfeedback and lessons learned and share best practices with otherproject leads and teams.

    You will beideal for this role if:

    • At least 3years of experience in project management preferably in mergers andacquisitions integrations or professionalservices.
    • Strong knowledge of projectmanagement tools and methodologies such as Agile Scrum Kanbanetc.
    • Proven understanding of corporate financeoperational processes and IT systemsintegration.
    • Excellent communicationcollaboration and problemsolvingskills.
    • Ability to work under pressure andmanage multiple priorities anddeadlines.
    • Experience in working with BCorp orsocial impact organisations is aplus.
