    Description
    If you're looking to further develop your engineering experience within the water industry, this could be the role for you

    As a Project Engineer, you will be working within our Construction and Infrastructure team based in either the south or the north of our region.

    You will also travel throughout our entire region which covers Bristol, Salisbury, Bournemouth, Bridgwater, and everything in between.

    Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of Engineering Schemes, ensuring all relevant scheme information is collated so that the construction, Electrical and Mechanical teams can carry out works to programme.

    overseeing all phases of engineering schemes according to the NEC3 contract
    conducting design reviews and analysing data to develop and implement strategies
    liaising with various stakeholders including clients, contractors and internal departments
    attending meetings at various sites and reporting on project milestones
    working throughout the project to ensure health and safety documentation is in place
    a relevant engineering degree/equivalent certificate or time-served experience
    experience in the water, utility or construction industry
    demonstrable experience in working independently and analysing large volumes of information (drawings, data and specifications)
    project risk management, including safety, environmental, process, programme and budget
    experience in building good working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
    business/commercial awareness
    computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
    IOSH/NEBOSH
    Due to the nature of the role, a valid driving licence is essential. Total pension contributions up to 20%.
