    Description

    M&A Senior Manager – Private Equity backed Insurance business.

    Location: London, Hybrid

    Ref: LF5002

    A rapidly expanding private equity-backed Insurance business is actively seeking a Senior M&A Manager to join their M&A team.

    Responsibilities:

    • This will be a full cycle position, including origination, overseeing the due diligence process, deal structuring, negotiation, execution, and integration planning.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, legal advisors, financial institutions, and external consultants, and ensure deadlines and KPIs are met.
    • Contribute to the origination efforts of the team by analysing competitive landscapes, and targets to identify strategic opportunities for business growth.
    • Oversee financial modeling and valuation exercises to assess the feasibility and potential impact of M&A transactions on the company's financial performance.
    • Lead the strategic planning and coordination of post-merger integration activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive integration plans.

    Requirements:

    • ACA/ACCA/CA qualified
    • Previous experience in an M&A/Corporate Development position in a top-tier insurance business.
    • Excellent modelling and valuation capabilities
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
