    FP&A Analyst – 12 Month FTC

    Financial Services

    £65k

    Central London Based (Hybrid)

    Start Date: ASAP

    Talentedge are working with a fast-paced, scaling FS firm who are looking for a FP&A Analyst to join the team and support the business through a strong growth phase. You will be joining a highly collaborative and driven finance team, taking a leading role within an asset management firm, working closely with senior management and key stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making, optimise financial performance.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with department heads to develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans for the asset management division.
    • Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modelling, to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership
    • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and presentations, highlighting key performance metrics, risks, and opportunities.
    • Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities and fund performance, leveraging financial models and quantitative analysis techniques.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • ACA/ACCA qualified with 2-3+ years PQE
    • Extensive experience in 3-way financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
    • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
