    Description

    Climate Impact Partners, a leading provider of high quality carbon credit programmes, is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to join our digital team.

    As a Lead Business Analyst specializing in Dynamics 365, you will play a key role in championing the ownership of our system and driving its continuous improvement.

    Working closely with stakeholders, users, and technical teams, you will lead the customization, configuration, and optimization of Dynamics 365 to meet the evolving needs of our organization.


    System Customization and Configuration:

    Lead the customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 CE, Power Apps, and Power Automate to align with business requirements and optimize system performance.

    Troubleshoot and identify issues with MS Dynamics CE and Power Apps, providing innovative solutions to enhance functionality and user experience.

    Systems Analysis and

    Data Flows:
    ~ Conduct thorough systems analysis to understand data flows and integrations with other systems.

    ~ Identify opportunities for streamlining processes, improving data accuracy, and enhancing system integrations.

    Liaise with customers, users, and stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements.


    Project Management:
    Manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning and scoping to implementation and post-implementation support.
    Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
    Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes and maximize the value of Dynamics 365.

    Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager, with a focus on Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement).

    Creative and analytical thinker with a passion for learning and growth.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with remote teams.
