The Altair Data Analytics team is looking for a Business Development Representative, EMEA to help generate new business. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growing company currently developing new technology.
Function/Team: Business Development, BFSI, Data Analytics
Location: Ideally UK – London / Leamington
Contract Type : Permanent, Full Time
Work Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
What You Will Do:
Altair offers a highly advanced and powerful data analytics solution for businesses in the areas of data preparation, data science, and data visualisation. Our customers use our products to solve their business problems, and generate deeper insight from their data, resulting in increased efficiency and profitability.
Our senior account managers are responsible for enterprise accounts, which they strategically manage to grow and expand our data analytics products into. The successful candidate will work with the senior account managers to build campaigns targeting the enterprise accounts, with a view to set qualified meetings for the account managers. Day-to-day tasks include account mapping, campaign building, cold calling, setting qualified meetings, and working with other team members to enhance knowledge of products and messaging. As a member of the BDR Team you will be joining a fast-paced close nit group that thrive in a competitive environment.

What You Will Need:
Basics:
We are looking for a candidate with at least 1-2 years' experience in a sales role (or similar) where they can demonstrate success and wins.French and German language is a requirement as the role is focussed on generating business in France and Germany.We value applicants with software sales experience in the BFSI sector, although this is not a requirement for the role.
The successful candidate will have some experience in the following areas:
· Lead generation & qualification
· Account mapping
· Campaign building
· Cold calling, 40+ calls a day
· Opportunity creation & quotation
· CRM, Microsoft Office
· Fluent at business level in French, German and English
