- Nottingham Apply for this position As an International Credit Controller, you will sit in a team of experts specialising in credit control for our large global client base, ensuring not only timely collections of monies, but also providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Proactively manage cash collections across your assigned international customers.
- Participate in the success of the brands stock turnover days through daily order releasing and order-book & credit limit reviews.
- Build effective and collaborative relationships with both internal and external customers to ensure KPI's are met and there is proactive escalation in place for potential issues.
- Take real ownership of the accounts, looking for and driving improvements in ways of working, and having challenging conversations where needed.
- Show attention to detail in query processing and management-ensuring accounts are always up to date and accurately maintained.
- Investigate and resolve incoming queries within agreed SLA's and show ability to influence and eliminate problems at source.
- Ensuring customer accounts are fully reconciled and good housekeeping is in place.
- You can confidently speak in German.
- Seasoned Credit Control experience in a fast-paced industry
- Extensive experience managing international customer base, particularly with challenging and complex accounts,
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Understanding of Accounting platforms such as SAP, Oracle or similar.
- Self-starter, and solution-driven individual with a continuous improvement mindset.
