- Working with the Sales Director create, set, and achieve sales Budgets and targets for selected industries
- Achieve company objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance.
- Lead sales generation & growth of pipeline focussed on the strategic industries
- Work with existing team to ensure customer success
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
- Identify needs and requirements within the application working with the product strategist to create change requests for said changes.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan and sales campaigns that expands customer base and extends our reach
- Establishes project objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for industries projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Oversee activity to ensure quotas and standards are exceeded by holding regular meetings, setting objectives and monitor progress regularly relating to the campaigns ran for those selected industries
- Help increase the knowledge levels of your peers on the selected industries that are allocated to you.
- Generate leads, build and nurture prospect/client relationships through meetings to help build long lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
- Deliver an agreed personal annual sales target.
- Willingness to gain a deep understanding of selected key hire industries .
- Providing new business customers with face-to-face or online demonstrations of all products offered by inspHire.
- Providing a consultative sales approach that may require more than one meeting with the prospect ensuring that all key objectives are met during the meeting.
- Work with the Telemarketing Team to cultivate and improve lead generation.
- Helping manage and implementing best practice for our internal system such as Hubspot & K8.
- Establishing yourself as an industry leader working with the associations to increase the profile of the company.
- Working alongside our overseas offices assisting with opportunities/requests as and when needed.
- Ensure all agreed monthly reporting is delivered promptly to stakeholders.
