    Package:

    Up to £100K plus commission package (circa £20K/£30K)An opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and innovative Design Director to join a leading Workplace/Office interior design firm.

    The Design Director will lead the creative team in delivering exceptional design solutions for some of the UK best know businessesKey Responsibilities:
    Leading and inspiring a team of designers to create compelling design concepts and solutions.
    Overseeing all stages of the design process, from concept development to project completion.
    Collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored design strategies.
    Providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure design projects meet client objectives and deadlines.
    Mentoring junior designers and fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

    Proven experience designing workplaces as either a Senior Designer or Design Director Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower team members.

    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
    Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.''Applicants must have minimum 6/7 years designing offices/workplaces with projects of £1m+ in value''
