- Produce monthly management accounts to the agreed reporting timetable for a number of business units
- Produce annual budgets and forecasts.
- Support budget holders with analysis and review of the accounts.
- Produce balance sheet reconciliations
- Maintain fixed asset registers.
- Prepare quarterly VAT returns.
- Coordinating information from overseas operations
- Produce monthly journal postings to the general ledger
- Any Ad Hoc analysis or statistics as required.
- An aptitude for working with different software packages, including spreadsheets and data base applications.
- A proactive approach to problem solving.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- The ability to interact with financial and non financial managers at different levels
