    Contract:
    Fixed Term (6 Months), Part-Time Job Share (2 days a week)

    This is an exciting opportunity to join Cambridge Assessment International Education, where you will be responsible for the delivery of operational processes to agreed schedules, assure quality and standards, and implement process improvements to ensure the successful delivery of qualifications to schools and students around the world.

    In this role you will lead and organise your team to ensure processes are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

    People management skills are essential for supervising the team, monitoring performance, and fostering professional development.
    Additionally, the role involves assisting in improvement projects, contributing to post-exam reviews, and implementing procedural changes. This includes supervising both permanent and temporary staff, managing workloads, and ensuring a positive work environment. Your flexibility, including overtime during peak periods, is required.
