    Description
    An elite US law firm are searching for a talented Corporate Tax Associate to join their band-1 team London.

    The Tax Group is renowned for its extensive experience in advising clients on strategic tax planning, structuring, and implementation issues associated with complex, cross-border transactions.

    With expertise in cross-border tax controversies and dispute resolution, our attorneys excel in managing and resolving disputes arising from global and regional business transactions.

    Assist in providing strategic tax planning and structuring advice to clients, analyzing the tax implications of complex transactions and developing tax-efficient solutions.

    Assist in managing tax issues related to cross-border transactions, including transfer pricing matters and competent authority proceedings, ensuring compliance with international tax laws.

    Engage directly with clients, providing responsive and tailored tax advice, and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration.

    Prepare clear and concise written communications, including tax memos, opinions, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

    Conduct legal research on tax issues, staying abreast of legislative and regulatory developments, and providing informed analysis and recommendations to clients and colleagues.

    up to 2 years PQE in a top-tier tax practice in London
    A strong academic record.
    Commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
