    Turnaround Home Manager | Luxury Nursing Home

    Salary: £80,000 + Bonus
    Hours: Full time

    Remit:

    • A dynamic opportunity awaits as we collaborate with a well-known private care provider in the recruitment of a Home Manager for a Luxury Elderly Nursing Home. This position is ideal for an individual with a proven track record in managing turnaround operations within a high-end care facility.

    The Ideal Candidate:
    • Previous experience in Luxury Nursing home management
    • Familiarity with CQC criteria and a history of compliant reports
    • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to drive exceptional care services

    Requirements:
    • Nursing Home Manager background (Essential)
    • RGN/RMN/RNLD or NVQ Level 5 (Desirable)
    • Experience in luxury private care homes (Desirable)
    • In-depth knowledge of CQC criteria and compliance history

    Location:
    The home is centrally located around Oxford, offering a convenient commute from various areas including Didcot, Swindon, Wantage, Reading, Cirencester, Cheltenham, Thatcham, Andover, Witney, and Bicester.

    Summary:
