We haveanexciting opportunity for aSenior CustomerRelations Officer to assist and manage the growing teamof Stage 2 reviewers covering Maternity Leave for 12 months.
If you are an exceptional customer focusedindividual with experience in leading a teamand consider yourself to be a high-end achiever who not only meets and exceeds targets but also thrives under pressure in our fast paced environment; This role will see you balance50% of your time spent providingessential leadership to yourteamand 20% allocatingthe teams day to day activities to ensure they deliver team and individual targets, and we are compliant with the Housing Ombudsman complaint handling code asdetailed in the role profile.
