    Our client has a fantastic opportunity as a Junior Client Consultant and would love to hear from you.
    This is a remote role.
    Our client is a high-tech new media providing industry-leading solutions in mobile and digital communications.

    Their core technical platform is in use by some of the biggest brands around the globe to deliver exciting interactive campaigns and marketing services across mobile phone and email channels.

    The company ethos is based on constant product innovation, reliable software engineering and excellent customer service. Although this is a small company, they work with large well-known brands and corporate customers

    As a Junior Client Consultant, you will be joining the Professional Services team and assist in contributing to the continued growth of the company.

    This role will initially start off as a remote role on a 3-month internship paying £22,000 p.a. but will move into a permanent role after training has been completed.
    Travel to London will be required for team meetings
    Setting up and monitoring email and mobile campaigns
    Testing services and producing reports
    Campaign testing
    Data analysis

    You must be keen to learn how a new media business works and be willing to contribute to maintaining excellent customer service in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

    This role is client-facing and will involve daily interactions with clients as you help them deliver marketing and communication campaigns.

    You have skills in office productivity tools, such as spreadsheets
    You have a general interest in marketing and the 'new media' field
    Willing to invest time in training a young professional
    Salary increase once the role is permanent
    Work from home with some travel to London
