- Providing end-to-end project management, developing detailed project plans and tracking progress.
- Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for a flawless execution of projects.
- Identifying new vendors/suppliers; negotiating preferential rates, managing outsourced developers and programmers and ensuring deadlines and project specifics are met for assigned projects.
- Developing project objectives, scopes, and estimates, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Using appropriate techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
- Leading internal project meetings and reporting on project progress, risks, client profitability and results to Senior stakeholders.
- Performing risk management to minimise project risk, removing any blockers or impediments that could prevent the smooth completion of projects.
- Seeking opportunities for improvement in working methods and processes and suggest new projects.
- Analysing the success of client campaigns, conducting reports and data analysis as supporting evidence.
- Proven work experience as a digital project manager
- Familiarity with Content Management systems
- PRINCE2 qualification
- Experience managing large and complex digital projects, mobile and web apps.
- Project experience in reporting and relating documentation.
- Experience managing project roadmaps.
- Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues.
- Technical ability and experience in content marketing, search marketing, social, web development and eCRM
- Solid understanding of project management processes SCRUM, Agile etc.
- Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Synergist, Smartsheet's, Figma, Miro

The role
We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager who can hit the ground running in a fast-paced industry and work to tight deadlines. This is an exciting opportunity for someone experience within a digital agency who understands the bigger picture and how optimised projects affect company growth.
The successful candidate will work in a cross functional team, to ensure delivery of the project, partnering with our Account Services team to communicate and manage client expectations.
