    With three amazing venues situated on the eighth floor or one of the most iconic landmarks in London, OXO is searching for a new Chef de Partie to join its thriving restaurants on the Southbank.     As the new Chef de Partie, you will work 40 hours a week in our restaurant.

    About the role...

    As a Chef de Partie, you will be helping prepare food for our customers and make their eating experience with us a memorable 5* experience. You will:

    • Work alongside our great Head Chef and Sous Chefs preparing great food for our customers
    • Know everything about your recipes to make them look amazing
    • Make sure everything is squeaky clean in your area by maintaining a high standard of hygiene, health and safety
    • Be super-efficient and make sure your mise en place is ready at the right time to make sure you have a great service and our customers get great food quickly
    • Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
    • Flexibility is a must; hospitality service can't wait during weekends and evenings

    We are looking for individuals who embrace diversity, love a challenge, are passionate about luxury retail and food and are looking for something uniquely different.

    • Have you done something like this before in a 2 or 3 star AA rosette establishment?
    • Do you have a great knowledge and passion for all things food?
    • Do you have a professional cookery qualification?
    • Are you great at talking to people?
