    Job Title: Tech Talent Partner

    We're on the lookout for a Tech Talent Partner to join our in-house recruitment team on a temporary to permanent basis. This role involves recruiting for various technical positions and excelling in a dynamic and innovative environment where rolling up your sleeves to get the job done is key.
    The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic about continuous learning and development at Kraken, as we expand both in the UK and globally.
    You will collaborate closely with Tech hiring managers and other Recruiters to enhance the candidate experience and aid in hiring exceptional talent for Kraken.
    This is a 9-month fixed-term contract position with the potential for permanent employment.
    What you'll do
    • Partner with our recruitment team to comprehend Tech hiring requirements
    • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates, from screening to extending offers, to provide a diverse pool of candidates
    • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and continuously seek ways to enhance this throughout the team
    • Conduct headhunting activities to attract and recruit tech professionals
    • Interview candidates for Kraken, offering unique perspectives to hiring managers to secure the best talent
    • Establish and maintain relationships with a network of talented individuals and potential future candidates
