- Talent Acquisition Partner: Responsible for internal talent acquisition activities throughout the EMEA region, collaborating with HR and other partners, managing talent pipeline, and recruitment needs.
- Supporting new hires at Airswift to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Coordinating with HR Coordinators for administration support and daily HR services for EMEA.
- Participating in career fairs, building pipelines, and anticipating future recruitment needs.
- Ensuring recruitment adherence to legislation, best practices, and maintaining confidentiality.
- Developing candidate inventories, ensuring right-to-work proof, and proposing process improvements.
- Assisting with HR administration tasks and ensuring legal compliance.
- Skills Required:
- Strong time and project management skills.
- International Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience.
- Effective communication with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of business HR and Recruitment practices.
- IT proficiency, especially with MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and psychometric testing is advantageous.
