Manage all third party suppliers to deliver projects to agreed timescales, budgets specification as agreed with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role, based out of our lovely offices inManchester
3 days a week, with 2 days at home.

Main ResponsibilitiesDefine the project scope, goals and deliverables
Define the tasks and resources required to deliver the project and produce a comprehensive project plan establishing project timelines, dependencies and critical paths
Identify and assign the project team members, both direct and virtual, required to deliver the project, agree allocation of activities and manage delivery throughout the project lifecycle
Responsible for the management of the allocated project budget
Identify 3rd party suppliers and ensure their standards of delivery, product specification and documentation are aligned to project requirements
Working to Cellnex Commercial processes utilising the New Engineering Contract 3 (NEC) contract framework
Undertaking client duties/responsibilities within the Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations, including the review of site specific construction phase plans
Manage customer relationships and interactions across the project, providing regular progress reports and responding to customer feedback
Track progress against project deliverables and report progress to all stakeholders
Use defined Cellnex processes to manage changes to project scope, risks, issues and overall project governance
Managing work package handover from supply chain to Cellnex customer stakeholders and coordinating the acceptance into the operations process
Evaluate each project against its scope and objectives and produce a Project Closure Report
Collaborative working with external utility service providers to achieve power delivery (where required)
Define and implement programme controls and governance to ensure process, documentation, risks and issues and Health and Safety practice comply with best practice and ISO standards
Candidate Profile
Demonstrable acquisition, design experience within the telecoms arena, with excellent communications skills and a track record of delivering multi-site programmes, with both internal and external suppliers.
