    Description

    The Content Manager will be responsible for the following.

    • Develop and execute content strategies that align with ICP, Brand, Marketing and Sales strategies, including SEO goals to increase organic search visibility and traffic.
    • Produce high-quality content that engages our target audiences and drives action. Formats including eBooks, case studies, website copy, blogs, thought leadership articles, sales collateral.
    • Developing content that supports marketing and advertising campaigns, enhancing the impact and coherence of our promotional efforts.
    • Work closely with the SEO team to create content that is optimised for search engines while maintaining engagement and readability.
    • Creating tailored communications for customer engagement, including newsletters, product updates, upsell/cross sell campaigns, awareness, GI Guides and other customer-focused materials.
    • Collaborate closely with sales and thought leaders to create engaging and high-quality content for their personal social media pages, demonstrating creativity and strategic thinking.
    • Ensure consistency of brand voice, style, and quality across all content outputs.
    • Analyse content performance metrics to continually refine and improve content strategy and execution.
    • Stay current with industry trends and consumer preferences to ensure content is relevant and impactful.

    Profile

    A successful 'Content Manager' should have:

    • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Content Writer or Copywriter, with a focus on SEO and sales and marketing content.
    • Strong portfolio of written and digital content
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality output.
    • Demonstrated experience with SEO practices, content categorisation and structure, content development, distribution, and measurement.
    • Experience in creating content for various multimedia platforms including videos and podcasts.
    • Excellent organisational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

    Desirable Skills:

    • Experience in capturing, editing, and enhancing video content for important events, interviews, and promotional videos using appropriate software (desired)
    • Creative thinking abilities to transform complex information into engaging content.
