    Description

    Creating original and innovative luxury soft toys, Jellycat combines luxurious fabrics with quirky and cute designs and sells its products online and via stockists throughout the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.

    As we continue to grow throughout the world, we continue to develop and improve the presence and awareness of our brand with a global PR and marketing strategy. As a result, we are looking for support in the coordination and execution of PR and marketing materials and campaigns. This is a newly created role and this position will report directly into our Global Head of Marketing.

    The PR & Marketing Coordinator will play an important role in supporting the marketing team with the coordination and execution of various PR and marketing activities and functions. This multifaceted position involves responsibilities ranging from communicating with our fanbase, supporting the PR manager with requests from press and influencers, and the compilation of global sales and marketing toolkits and materials. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual who can help ensure the successful execution of our PR and marketing program.

    You'll be;

    • The Press and Influencer Liaison : Responding to media and influencer requests.
    • Leading Event Coordination : Supporting with the execution of events including briefing of invitations, RSVP tracking, organising required materials.
    • Creating Trade , Campaign and Brand Presentations : Compiling trade, campaign and brand presentations and toolkits.
    • Sourcing Information and Coordinating: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to source information required for global sales and marketing materials.
    • Coordinating Multi-Channel 360 Marketing Campaigns : Supporting the Global Head of Marketing in coordinating the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

    You'll have;

    • Experience working with Luxury product.
    • Proven coordination experience in a multi-channel brand marketing role.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and on time.
    • Acute attention to detail.
    • An understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to ensure consistency across all channels.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
    • A great sense of initiative and autonomy.
