- Support a cutting-edge research program focusing on gene-editing technologies like CRISPR-Cas9
- Contribute to the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments
- Utilize your laboratory skills to ensure the success of ongoing projects
- Master's degree in Cell/Molecular Biology, Genetics, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in laboratory work
- Proficiency in aseptic cell culture techniques, quantitative PCR, ELISA, and Western blot
- Familiarity with gene editing tools such as CRISPR-Cas9 and transfection methods
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication skills and excellent organizational abilities
- Prior experience as a wet lab Research Assistant
- Knowledge of flow cytometry, nucleic acid/protein extraction, and primer design
- Experience with primary cell cultures and gene editing technologies
- Familiarity with RNA biology and next-generation sequencing
- Home Office personal license and experience with laboratory animals
- Job Type: Full-time, Fixed-term contract
