    Role DescriptionWorking at a summer camp is hard work, fun, intense, yet rewarding. You will manage a team of 6 to 14 coaches. The JMT coaching program (which you will be trained on before the start of the camp) will be your constant guide through the summer.In charge of leading, motivating and getting the best out of your coaching team. You will lead and organise all coach and student meetings; set, plan and adjust all daily content according to the on-court player level. Your support of the players and coaches on the court will be key to your success, so being a hard worker at all-times and having an eye for detail will be your greatest assets. Good communication skills and understanding of international coaches will help to support this exciting and intensive task.A great team spirit and being able to utilise the different skills that your team possesses will ensure a smooth and effective summer.Your focus is on-court, but you must also ensure that the camp runs efficiently off-court as the two are intrinsically linked. Your coaching team is involved in evening duties, night supervision, players transfers and the student welfare 24/7 so you must ensure that they are organized and supported. Your duties include ensuring the off-court programme runs smoothly.Of course, you do get some time off, but you will need to ensure that the running of the camp is maintained as you remain in charge.This is a great and unique experience to be the leading face of our company.
