    Role:
    Senior Designer

    Tunbridge Wells (Hybrid; As a Senior Designer, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to crafting visually compelling and impactful designs for a leading Healthcare client. You will take initiative and challenge traditional thinking, pushing creative boundaries and delivering best in class work.

    You are an established Senior Designer with an impressive portfolio who is a proactive and independent creative thinker, able to own a project from start to finish.

    You are interested in an opportunity to work with a leading Healthcare company to help them meet their strategic objectives and strengthen their brand and product presence in a competitive landscape.

    Generating strong creative design and applying industry best practice to ensure impact.
    Use existing assets and approaches to develop brand styles when necessary.
    Influencing and owning look & feel across all products in our client's brand portfolio.
    Owning projects from start to finish — working collaboratively across teams on ideation, asset creation and implementation.

    Take responsibility for delivering against the team vision of 'delivering creative excellence' and to create the best work for our clients, in their world.

    Handling multiple projects simultaneously and thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
    Monitoring proactively quality, accuracy and consistency.
    Excellent understanding of brand guidelines and graphic design principles.
    ~ Experience working with a mix of content formats from print, digital and social.
    ~ Expertise in

    Adobe Creative Suite:
    InDesign a must, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD
    ~ Print background preferred, with the capability to also create in the digital space.
    ~ Keen sense of personal responsibility, for quality control, presentation, and accuracy of all work.
    ~2+ years' experience as a Senior Designer working in a marketing/design/advertising role.
