    The GlobalLearning and Development organization is seeking a dynamic andcreative Instructional Designer to join our team. The duties andresponsibilities of this position include designing highlyinteractive and taskbased customer and technical training programsusing multiple media and blended approaches (eLearning virtualinstructorled training job aids animated videos.)

    The candidatewill follow defined Instructional Design (ID) processes includingbut not limited to:
    Develop learningobjectives that align to strategic priorities;
    Buildcollaborative and consultative relationships with subject matterexperts clients and peers;
    Participate in defining anddocumenting learning needs assessment data analysis and recommendedlearning strategies;
    Use raw content provided bysubject matter experts to write scripts storyboards and designdocuments;
    Create assessments that align to courseobjectives.
    Must have strong writing and communicationskills


    Responsibilities:
    Designand development of online and virtual and/or instructorled learningprograms that align with Global Learning and Development strategy.
    Work with elearning development tools such as Articulate 360 RiseCamtasia Vyond and Adobe creative cloud.
    Update existingtraining content as needed.
    Work collaboratively withkey stakeholders and Global Learning & Developmentteam.
    Write effective copy instructional text audiovideo and animation scripts.
    Perform all otherworkrelated duties as may be assigned.
    Attend departmentmeetings.
    Upload Test Courses in LMS.
    Provideinput on department processes and procedures

    SkillsRequired:
    Minimum of bachelors degree ininstructional design distance learning adult education educationaltechnology or a related field.
    Masters in InstructionalDesign preferred but not mandatory.

    Strong Learning andDevelopment experience in a Medical Device company designingcomplex instructionally sound training programs using instructionaldesign methodologies and adult learning principles for multipledelivery methods is required (InstructorLed (classroom) virtualclassroom eLearning Social/Mobile Learning microlearning videobasedlearning).

    Must be proficient in Articulate360.
    Experience writing technical or medical contentpreferred.
