    We empower facilitators to deliver top-tier experiences by developing cutting-edge tools, training, and resources.
    The Instructional Design Lead will be responsible for building training programs to cultivate exceptional instructional delivery skills.

    You'll work closely with leaders and stakeholders to assess learning needs, and create scalable, rigorous training to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.

    Be responsible end-to-end for designing, building and facilitating.
    Design and build engaging training programs for coaches, encompassing various formats and delivery methods - synchronous and asynchronous.
    Leverage data and feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness of our training programs.
    Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure program alignment with overall goals.
    Possess strong communication skills to facilitate training and navigate complex conversations.
    5+ years of experience in Instructional Design or Learning & Development.
    ~ Proven track record of building and delivering high-impact, tech-enabled training programs.
    ~ Expertise in using LMS, authoring tools, and AI tools in an instructional design context.
    ~ Strong communication, collaboration, and data analysis skills.
