Description
Attracting delegations, grants, and selling additional services to blockchain foundationsIdentifying key stakeholders and establishing relationships with them
Achieving semi-annual financial goals in the designated area
Building relationships with potential clients
Conducting negotiations, presentations, and closing deals
Selling staking in new networks to a limited number of investors in these networks
Monitoring the daily output of two sales teams
Ensuring quality control of work and compliance with the rules of working with clients
Leading and implementing projects to improve the efficiency of the commercial department.
Requirements
Proven track record of successful B2B sales of complex technology products at C-level (CTO, founder, CEO)
Perfect spoken and written English at mother tongue level
Deep understanding of the blockchain market and technology
High degree of independent organization of work and discipline
Ability to maintain a high pace of work
Proven experience in managing a B2B sales team
Proven experience in implementing commercial projects and initiatives
