    Description

    This fantastic boutique real estate client is looking for an Executive Assistant / Office Manager who's a team player, ready to get stuck in and hit the ground running from day one in this busy team.

    The successful candidate must be a proactive problem solver, with a positive, professional and approachable manner; excellent attention to detail is essential, and the ability to motivate themselves to get the job done.

    Ideally 3+ years' experience, and a confident user of Microsoft packages - MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

    Duties include but are not limited to

    • First point of contact for guests & visitors
    • Coordinate complex travel and calendar management for two Partners
    • Provide administrative and office support
    • Prioritise emails, draft, review and send communications on behalf of Partners
    • Organise, prepare for and participate in meetings, including document preparation & minute taking
    • Handle confidential documents
    • Maintain the office area, meeting rooms and kitchen
    • Resolve unexpected issues that could arise
    • Organise office events, lunches, drinks etc
    • Liaise with building management (reception team, facilities, contractors)
    • Provide support for HR when needed

    Based – fully office based

    Hours – 8:30am-5:30pm / 9am-6pm

    Salary – up to £45k + discretionary annual bonus and great bens i.e. free lunch Monday, breakfasts and drinks on Thursdays.
