    We have recently been engaged by one of our clients, Ariat, a renowned a global leading manufacturer of innovative performance equestrian footwear, apparel and accessories with years of impressive heritage to support them in their search for an Area Sales Manager (North East).

    Equestrian, Country Performance, Work (farming and agricultural), and Western.

    We are looking for strong sales people with a proven track record working with retail accounts both online & offline helping to increase revenue.

    Work with the Head of Sales and Marketing teams to deliver digital first campaigns with key retailers.

    ~ Develop and execute the strategic plan for key accounts to achieve and strive to exceed sales targets.

    ~ To provide support to retailers to maintain a strong and effective brand presence, including appropriate in-store merchandising and online.

    ~ To work closely with colleagues in Marketing and Product to create demand and develop the brand within the region.

    ~ Responsible for market analysis of respective area, to report to Head of Sales.

    ~ Prepare numbers and meetings with accounts, understand, and use data.

    ~ Coaching, motivating, and managing the customers in line with the yearly and seasonal GTM objectives.

    ~ Work with Customer Service, Demand Planning and Operations to ensure smooth product flow where booking in and order book management is needed.

    ~ Carry out any other appropriate tasks as designated by the Head of Sales and senior team.

    ~ Clean valid driving licence

    Analytical and data reporting.

    ~ Organisation, planning, time management and prioritisation.

    ~ Route planning and travel organising.

    ~ IT Literacy including MS Office especially Excel.

    3+ years area management experience working with retail and key accounts.

    ~ Either experience in an Equestrian based sales role or knowledge of the Equestrian market on a personal basis. Successful track record working with retail accounts (bricks, online and omni) to increase revenue.

    ~ Brand building and product marketing.

    ~ Willing & able to get involved to help solve issues within the team.

    ~ Flexible.
