    We're seeking a Pathway Associate to join our sustainment team, playing a vital role in facilitating the onboarding process and ensuring the long-term sustainability of the tenancies our members and Beam have diligently worked to secure.

    Supporting Move-in : you'll be responsible for onboarding members when they move into their properties, providing assistance with move-in queries, and helping them set up their new homes for a smooth transition.

    Member's First Point of Contact : serving as the initial point of contact for any issues related to housing and tenancy for our members, offering timely assistance and guidance.

    Assisting with Benefit and Bills : supporting members in signing up for benefits, managing bills, and addressing any housing-related needs to ensure they have the necessary support for sustainable living.

    Takes initiative and demonstrates a proactive mindset in assisting individuals to maintain stable housing, recognising the impact of their efforts to secure housing through Beam.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with members and address housing-related concerns effectively.

    Detail-Oriented :

    Possess a great attention to detail, entering accurate data to prioritise focus effectively and assisting with paperwork to set members up for success.
