    My client is a Fast casual dining business with real growth plans and significant industry backing.

    If you are a dynamic, strategic thinker with a proven track record in the fast-paced world of multisite restaurant, leisure, or retail property acquisitions please get in touch.

    My client is looking for a head of Acquisitions to drive forward its expansion within central London and the South.

    As our Head of Acquisitions, you will:
    Collaborate closely with the CEO and Senior Management team to craft and implement our expansion strategy.
    Forge strong relationships with developers, agents, and industry peers to ensure acquisitions align with our property strategy.
    Negotiate with planning, licensing, and other authorities to secure favourable terms within set deadlines.
    Oversee external project managers, ensuring timely and budget-friendly new site builds.
    Manage budgets and costs in accordance with approved financial plans.
    Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage key relationships effectively.
    A well-established network of contacts within the property and hospitality industry.
    Familiarity with operational requirements, customer profiles, and branding.
    End-to-end acquisitions management experience, from site finding to legal and licensing processes.
