    We are currently seeking a Human Resources Officer based in Redditch with hybrid working available.


    Key Tasks:
    To provide generalist, first line support and assistance to Line Managers and their employees.

    In addition to providing day to day advice and guidance to enable both employees and the organisation to function more effectively, it is important to ensure Swisslog are acting fairly and within legal constraints.

    The post holder is also responsible for the maintenance of accurate records and documentation of all employees.

    Provide 1st line support for Line Managers, staff and external contacts and to regularly meet Line Managers to discuss issues and support as an when requiredManage the HR Administrator in the absence of HR Manager ensuring that appraisals are carried out and workload is reviewed and monitored on a weekly basis raising any issues to the HR ManagerSupport managers in the recruitment of their staff advising on the most appropriate recruitment methods, manage the relationship with agencies, web based recruitment providers and attending interviews, where appropriateBe responsible for maintaining all recruitment vacancies using the Success Factors tool and ensuring line managers have the correct training to use the system effectivelyAdminister, provide advice and support Line Managers in relation to grievance and disciplinary hearings up to and including final written warning.

    Always ensuring HR Manager and Croner are kept up to date during the whole processMaintain effective records and documentation for Human Resources and improve and provide processes where required, ensuring that all forms reflect current business practice and are up to dateEnsure that all performance and development reviews are conducted, and advice is given to Line Managers when required highlighting any issues to the HR Business PartnerEnsure the performance management process in enforced and objectives are set for all employees and STIP's are planned for the required.

    Compile training plans for Line Managers and update them on a quarterly basisYour Background:
    Good communication skillsFluent in written and oral English languageStrong knowledge of MS office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)

    Educated to GCSE standard in Mathematics and English, Degree desirableChartered Institute of Personnel Development Level 5 or 7Previous HR experience at HR Officer levelDemonstrable experience of written English with strong grammar and comprehensionDemonstrable ability at proof-reading documents with good attention to detailProven experience of providing a high standard of customer service both internally and externallyProfessional approachAble to travel to different company sites when necessaryBenefits:
