Senior Finance Business Partner, £70,000, Central London and Hybrid

Your Role

Assist the Assistant FD in developing strategy for the finance function.
Lead, motivate and develop the team.
Assist the Associate Director of Finance in maintaining the risk register and collaborate with the Governance team in implementing risk and compliance processes.
Lead on the production and presentation of the monthly management accounts for the group to the executive, board and committees.
Ensure the effective monitoring and management of the Group's financial position.
Lead the planning, forecasting and budgeting processes for the group including in year, annual and mediumterm scenarios.
Support the longterm financial planning process.
Provide technical financial advice and management information to budget holder to enable effective financial management.
Provide proactive support to budget holders to facilitate business development, including developing business cases, appraising, and evaluating opportunities.
Develop the business partner function to promote a business partner ethos across the organisation.
Support the interim and annual audit process and assist in producing notes to the financial statements.

Your Skills & Qualifications:

Qualified ACA/ACCA accountant with significant post qualified experience
Experience working in or auditing a charity/nonprofit before
Good ability to influence decision makers and engage with a broad spectrum of people
Previous staff management experience would be preferrable
