    Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand om ons team in 's-Hertogenbosch te versterken om het voortouw te nemen op het gebied van Debiteurenbeheer.

    Wat ga je doen?

    In de rol van Credit Control Team Lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor processen die te maken hebben met het betaalgedrag van onze klanten.

    Je analyseert achterstallige en openstaande bedragen en neemt de nodige stappen om deze te incasseren op basis van de beschikbare informatie. Dit bereik je door nauw samen te werken met je team, je manager en andere teams binnen de organisatie.

    Je onderhoudt contact met externe partijen, zoals incassobureaus om zo snel mogelijk een beslissing te nemen over een openstaande vordering en je ondersteunt het credit control team met juridische zaken. In deze rol rapporteerje aan en werk je nauw samen met de Back Office & Payments Manager.

    Ook zal je het Debiteurenteam ondersteunen met telefonisch contact met klanten die niet of te laat betalen, om hun betaalgedrag nu en in de toekomst te verbeteren.

    Wat breng je mee in deze rol?

    • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met debiteurenbeheer
    • Je bent een teamspeler en hebt idealiter ervaring met het managen van een team
    • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden (zowel schriftelijk als mondeling) en een uitstekende beheersing van zowel Nederlands als Engels
    • Je bent klantgericht met het vermogen om te onderhandelen met interne en externe partijen
    • Je beschikt over sterke administratieve vaardigheden met een praktische kennis van Microsoft Office, waaronder Excel
    • Je hebt oog voor detail, met sterke analytische vaardigheden
    • Je werkt gepassioneerd en bent bereid om bij te dragen aan het verbeteren van de werkwijze binnen het teamJe kan goed omgaan met druk, en bent gericht op het behalen van resultaten
