- Service Level Management Ensure all tickets are managed within service level agreements and KPI's.Ensure clear ticket updates.Work within ITIL framework service delivery procedures.
- Incident Management Manage a customer ticket both technically and procedurally via Phone, Email or Web portal Manage own ticket queue and assist other team members where appropriate.Major/Incident ManagementProvide OOH support for business-critical issues to our customers.
- Change Management Assessment and ownership of changes to customer environments.Configuring Cloud Infrastructure. Proactive cost and security recommendations
- Problem Management Raise awareness of issues to Problem Manager and assisting with resolutions.Investigate problems proving root cause analysis.
- Service Desk/Support experience at 3rd Line or similar level.
- Effective troubleshooting methodology.
- Hold as a minimum Associate level certification in Microsoft Azure.
- Be able to demonstrate a solid technical understanding of cloud-native design and best practice, including PaaS and IaaS services.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Powershell, Bash or CloudShell.
- Experience with VDI technologies such as RDS or AVD, including image management.
- An awareness or interest in DevOps tooling
- An interest or past experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Cloud Formation)

As a Cloud Engineer in ANS, you will be working within our Managed Services support team, where you will be responsible for supporting and managing our customer base from our service desk.
