    What's the position?

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trading Risk Analysis Manager to lead a team who are tasked with making wager acceptance decisions, reducing customer friction with real-time stake factor changes, monitoring risk and exposure on sporting events and monitoring breaking news in the sporting world to feed back into the wider trading team to improve Hard Rock Bet' pricing accuracy.

    As the leader of the team, you will be responsible for managing the team's day to day activities, optimizing risk management strategies, and ensuring the accuracy of trader decision making on HNW wagers.

    You will play a critical role in driving profitability, improving the accuracy of bet acceptance, and working closely with other peers within trading to drive improvements for pricing efficiency. This will all be done by analysing and interpreting large data sets whilst creating bespoke reporting to ensure we are constantly improving.

    Other key areas and tasks within the role will be to build key relationships within trading and beyond to drive change in a collective way. You will also be tasked with monitoring workflow and be constantly thinking of ways to improve by building new strategies and synergies.

    What are we looking for?

    We are looking for an accomplished and confident people manager, with demonstrated experience in a sportsbook trading room utilizing trading and risk methods on a consistent basis.

    You will be comfortable using data reporting tools and back-office systems and with great communication skills for relaying messages, tasks, and important information. You will be strategic, decisive, and logical within your thinking, being data led when making big decisions and have had previous experience in analysing large data sets to make informed and accurate decisions is also a must have for this role.

    A deep knowledge of sports betting markets and the wider betting industry is essential.
