    Description
    We are looking for an energetic, go-getter, and creative Head of Growth to become an integral part of our executive team


    Insights-Driven Decision Making:
    Tackle the power of data to drive strategic decision-making.

    Dive into analytics to draw actionable insights that guide our growth trajectory, keeping us agile and ahead of the curve.

    Take the lead in ramping up our revenue growth from leveraging our product strength such as weather data, web3 or other possible products.

    Whether we're tweaking what's already working or diving into fresh markets, your creativity with pricing and product ideas will be key to maximizing our profits.

    Identify synergistic partnerships and alliances that can turbocharge the growth of our Stations Network and its Data Services.

    Fostering Collaboration:

    Collaborates closely with other departments, including product development, and engineering, to ensure alignment and execution of the growth strategy.

    Building strong cross-functional relationships is essential for driving coordinated efforts and achieving growth objectives.

    A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field is often preferred.
    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
    Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards common goals.
    Bonus points, if you have:

    Previous experience in a leadership role ideally in a start-up high tech environment where you drove revenue, growth, and commercials.

    150k+/year base salary + bonus + token allocation
