    • Perform the final editing of user manuals and technical documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and clarity.
    • Write specifications, concept documents, end user and technical documentation.
    • Liaise effectively with stakeholders on technical and user requirements matters.
    • Provide standards to document the structure, layout, and style of the technical documentation, and provide guidance to other team members.
    • Prepare and provide presentations in English about the project.
    • Plan, prepare, and deliver technical trainings in English, prepare training documents and materials.
    • Maintain the documentation baseline and the document repository.
    • Bachelor's degree in studies conducted in English, complemented with technical experience.
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in drafting and/or editing technical and user documentation in English.
    • Native-level command of English, thorough knowledge of ICT terminology and concepts.
    • Proven experience preparing and conducting presentations and training materials in English

    Nice to have

    • Bachelor's degree (or above) in technical studies.
    • Experience in document design and preparation of templates. Usage of software packages like Snagit.
    • Localization: hybrid, Warsaw
    • Type of contract: B2B
    • Rate: up to 120 zł/h netto + VAT
