About the role
This is a unique opportunity to not only to be part of a forward-thinking and creative leadership team, but also to develop and demonstrate leadership skills within a framework of specialist provision as part of an ambitious, and growing Trust, with inclusion and the commitment to meet need at the core of its values. The Trust, our schools, our staff, and pupils require Senior Leaders who are looking to be innovative, strategic and system leaders.
As Deputy Headteacher at Springfields and a senior leader within the Trust, you will be a team player contributing to the growth and development of our pupils. As a member of the Springfields Leadership team you will collaborate to lead the school to reflect its unique community of pupils, families, and staff. This will be consistent with the values of the Trust. You will lead to inspire learning for children with a diagnosis of autism or speech, language, and communication needs (SLCN). Your work will be challenging and rewarding. You will lead within our strong safeguarding culture, wherein pupils are listened to, respected, and involved in as many decisions as possible.
